Early this morning a large hawk greeted us outside our office window. It didn’t seem to mind all its human spectators as it ate its breakfast on the concrete ledge around our building. In fact I think we were far more excited to see it then it was about whatever human things we were doing. At times it seemed as though we were the animals and the hawk had taken time out of its day to come view us in our natural habitat. Hell… it brought a snack with it. Even stopping to look in from time to time, just to see what craziness is going on inside… I grabbed our studio camera and got some awesome photos of it. At times a mere foot or two away from it as it ate. I think it was posing for some of the shots, but it was definitely a once in a lifetime up close and personal experience.
